Ohana Health Plan staff helped distribute 12,000 N95 breathing masks Thursday at Shipman Gym in Keaau that Ohana Health donated to Hawaii County for those affected by volcanic activity in lower Puna. The masks were available at no charge to the public. N95 breathing masks can effectively filter out ash and particulates, especially for those with asthma and other lung conditions.
