Police are seeking leads to identify culprits who reportedly took bags of rocks used to secure an asphalt pile near Highway 11 near the 56-mile marker in Ka‘u on Feb. 13.

The rocks were in green bags, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
