Born in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she was retired from Puna Flowers and a member of Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Amado Expression Barcena Sr., 91, of Keaau died April 4 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Pangasinan, Philippines, he was a retired papaya packer, U.S. Army Philippine Scouts veteran and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Terry Ann Baxter, 68, of Honokaa died May 15, 2017, at home. Born in El Centro, Calif., she was a retired social worker, member of Lions International, costume designer, traveler and ballroom dancer.
