Police announce a temporary one-way traffic pattern on Kapiolani Street in Hilo for Sunday to accommodate parishioners attending the St. Joseph Feast Day celebration.

From 5 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, traffic will be allowed to flow only in the Puna, or southeasterly, direction on Kapiolani Street between Waianuenue Avenue and Haili Street.

During this time, parking will be allowed on both sides of Kapiolani Street.
