Police say an elderly Kona coffee farm worker died Monday when the wind blew the wall-less shack he was living in about 150 feet off its foundation.

The victim was identified as William Ryder of Holualoa. Police say it appears he was within the structure when it was dislodged by the wind.

An autopsy was conducted, and final results are pending toxicology results. Police do not suspect foul play.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Lt. William Gary Souther at 326-4646 ext. 253 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
