Guests join hands in prayer Saturday during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Hawaiian Habitats Foundation’s first home in Ainaloa. The organization aims to help families own homes at an affordable price and help with the home-buying process. Its mission is to create a platform of awareness and innovation through attainable housing options, sustainability, agriculture, community outreach, legislation and education.
