Suzanne Marie Kanavel-King, 75, of Holualoa died Nov. 21 at home. Born in Santa Barbara, Calif., she was a registered nurse at several California hospitals, volunteered in orphanages for children with HIV in Guatemala and Cambodia and worked in several restaurants and bars in Kodiak, Alaska.
