The Japanese Community Association of Hawaii is offering scholarships up to $1,500 to graduating high school seniors and post-secondary students whose interest is primarily in Japanese studies.

Applicants must be residents of East Hawaii. Preference will be given to an applicant whose parent or guardian is a member in good standing of the Japanese Community Association of Hawaii.

This is the fourth year JCAH is offering these scholarships, primarily the result of support from the community.
