The senior steered the Cougars’ mixed crew to its third league championship Saturday, and she also was the steersman as Keaau’s girls dethroned three-time defending champion Kamehameha.
“It feels so good. … That’s why we’ve stayed together all these years,” she told the Tribune-Herald.
