Thompson “Dyke” Quihano, 87, of Kalapana died Dec. 19 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Pahala, he was a retired plaster man for the former Matthew Kang Construction and Outrigger Hotel on Oahu and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa and Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association Local No. 630 AFL-CIO.
