Conscious aging workshop slated

Registered nurse Karin Cooke and life coach Carolyn Mondress will facilitate the first in a series of conscious aging workshops from 2-5 p.m. Jan. 14 at Kokoluu Farm in Hawi.

“In the first of these ongoing conversations, we will be exploring our feelings about the diminishing capacities as well as the gifts of aging,” Cooke said.

“This comes in response to the growing number of people over 60 who want to be talking about this new territory — an adventure into the unknown,” Mondress added.

The cost is $15 per person, $25 per couple. Space is limited and preregistration is required.

For information and registration, contact Mondress at 884-5134 or Carolynmondress@yahoo.com.
