Police are seeking the public’s for help to identify a man whose image was captured by store security in connection with an alleged Sept. 5 theft from KTA Super Stores’ Downtown Hilo location.
The man is described as Caucasian, fair complected, with brown wavy hair wearing a black and gray baseball cap and pink polo-style shirt.
Anyone who knows the man’s identity is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311.
