Police have identified a man killed Nov. 8 in a collision between a pickup truck and a van near the 46-mile marker of Highway 11 in Ka‘u as 30-year-old Schayle Hanato-Wells of Honalo.
An autopsy determined he died from his injuries sustained in the accident.
