Carleen Ann Tidwell Bennett, 52, of Kailua-Kona died Nov. 2 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Fairfield, Calif., she was a tower technician for Lone Star Wireless Services in El Paso, Texas, a home builder, former waitress and dental assistant. Service information to be announced at a later date. Survived by son, Casey (Larissa) Berdon of Waikoloa; daughter, Lacy (Paul Cabuag) Berdon of Kailua-Kona; sisters, Cindy Tidwell of Waimea and Michelle Rodrigues of Honokaa; brothers, Chris (Melvina) Rodrigues of Honokaa and Charles (Allison) Tidwell of Ponder, Texas; six grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Frank “Peter” Russell Greenwell, 78, of Honokohau died Oct. 14 at home. Born in Kealakekua, he was owner of Honolulu Equipment Co. and owner-manager of Robert F. Greenwell Co., a real estate holding company. Celebration of life at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at Christ Church Episcopal in Kealakekua. Reception to follow. No flowers. Jeffrey “Jeff” L.M. Loo, 65, of Hilo died Oct. 31 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired county fire rescue specialist, owner of Wailuku Productions and member of the governing board for the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation. Kenneth “Ken” Alan Wiseman, 67, of Volcano died Nov. 1 at Ka‘u Hospital. Born in Ronceverte, W.Va, he was a retired architectural planner who helped to build Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and member the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
