Arnold Bartolo Jose “BJ” Fernandez was taken into custody at about 10 p.m. Monday night in Hawaiian Paradise Park, according to a police log. He was charged with violating terms of his release on bail or supervised release and booked on suspicion of unauthorized control of a stolen vehicle.
