Thomas Norio Toki, 64, of Hilo died May 17 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired school crossing guard and retired repairman for the former Stationers Corp. Services held. Survived by brothers, Harry S. Toki of Hilo and Godwin (Veronica) Nishikawa of Kurtistown; sisters, Sharyn (Dan) Frost of Washington state and Alma Toki of Honolulu; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Josephine Hein, 96, of Keaau, died May 26. She was born in Chicago. No services.
