A body found May 15 in Hilo Bay was identified through fingerprints as 46-year-old Arthur Miller III, who had no permanent address, police said Tuesday.

A body found May 15 in Hilo Bay was identified through fingerprints as 46-year-old Arthur Miller III, who had no permanent address, police said Tuesday.

An autopsy was performed Friday, police said. No foul play is suspected, but the cause of death is being deferred pending results of toxicology tests.
