Glynda Dollar Evangelista has a condition that requires medication. She’s described as Caucasian, 5-foot-4, 200 pounds with hazel eyes, white medium length hair and a fair complexion. She was last seen wearing a yellow Hawaiian print dress, green jacket and prescription glasses, carrying a blue back pack.
