Lolita Palma Eugenio, 71, of Kurtistown died Nov. 24 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Santiago, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines, she was a papaya packer for the Tropical Hawaiian Products and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 20) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation again 8-10 a.m. Wednesday (Dec. 21) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Burial at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima section. Survived by hanai daughters, Rosemarie P. (Kenneth Rosete) Eugenio of Hilo and Rosalie E. (Reynold) de Aquino of Waianae, Oahu; hanai son, Ellsworth P. (April Kosora) Eugenio of Hawaiian Paradise Park; brothers, Melicio Eugenio of Pepeekeo, Romeo Eugenio of Waianae, Oahu, and Rogelio (Susan) Eugenio of Ewa Beach, Oahu; sister, Yolanda Eugenio of Ewa Beach; seven hanai grandchildren. Myra Mamo Tim Sing, 79, of Hilo died Dec. 5 at home. Born in South Kohala, she was a retired field supervisor and truck driver for Diamond Head Papaya and the former Mr. Papaya. Services held.
