The public is invited to Hawaii County’s Magic of the Season open house from 5:30-8 p.m. Dec. 12-16 at the Hawaii County Building in Hilo.
The public is invited to Hawaii County’s Magic of the Season open house from 5:30-8 p.m. Dec. 12-16 at the Hawaii County Building in Hilo.
County volunteers will provide refreshments and light pupu, offer holiday activities and spread cheer so families can enjoy a safe, community-oriented event. Na Hoku Hanohano award-winning performers Mark Yamanaka and Darlene Ahuna will be joined by the Hawaii County Band, hula dancers and other exciting performers.
The Magic of the Season also features dozens of trees decorated by county employees. Members of the public are encouraged to stop by the County Building, 25 Aupuni St., during the week to enjoy the festive trees.
All activities and entertainment are free.
