Man Up & Stand Up, a promotion from Oahu, will hold a kickboxing show on Saturday, Dec. 10 at Parker Gym in Waimea. Door open at 5 p.m.

Trent Nozaki will battle Dillion “The Diamond” Cortes in the main event. Flag football tournament

PAC Hawaii is hosting a 9-man adult flag football tournament on December 17 at Panaewa Park.

The tournament will host no more than eight teams and will be a double-elimination format with BIIF referees.

The cost to enter a team will be $300 for a 20-man roster and any team in excess of that will be assessed $20 per participant.

Proceeds will pay for referees, associated costs, and will buy equipment for Panaewa’s track and field team.
