Eileen Takako Windrath was last seen Tuesday morning as she left her home for an appointment in Kona. Her family is concerned because of the stormy weather conditions en route to her destination.
She is described as 5-foot-2, 128 pounds with brown eyes and short gray hair. She was last seen driving a blue 2006 Scion four-door sedan, license plate PJU 125.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
