AT&T opened an authorized retail store at the KTA Center, 50 E. Puainako St., No. 107, in Hilo to meet the growing needs of its local customers.

AT&T opened an authorized retail store at the KTA Center, 50 E. Puainako St., No. 107, in Hilo to meet the growing needs of its local customers.

The 900-square-foot store offers the latest smartphones, tablets, accessories, DirecTV and more. Customers will find retail consultants equipped with a tablet supported by a new mobile point-of-sale system that gives ultimate flexibility for helping customers anywhere in the store.

“Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience in every interaction. That starts with conveniently located stores,” said Shane Crowder, sales director for AT&T Hawaii. “Customers want the latest devices, accessories and entertainment services that connect them with their world, everywhere they live, work and play. They now have another great location to find the right solution.”

The Hilo store is open 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
