Hawaii Photo Shooters presents artist and photographer Bob Douglas, who will give a talk about neutral density long-exposure photography at 6 p.m. June 16 at the Komohana Agriculture Research &Extension Center’s Conference Room, 875 Komohana St. in Hilo.

Douglas will discuss neutral density core concepts, equipment and shooting techniques. Participants will learn the differences between variable and fixed ND filters and how to pre-visualize the effects of extended exposure on motion and subject.
