Rush soccer tryouts set
The Hawaii Rush will hold soccer tryouts from 4:30-6 this week at Hilo Bayfront.
The under-10 team tryouts will be Monday and Thursday, the U12 tryouts are Tuesday and Thursday, and the U14 tryouts are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Honokaa seeks coaches
Honokaa High is accepting applications for varsity girls volleyball and varsity cross country coaches. The school is looking for assistants in both sports.
Deadline is Friday. Applications are available at the main office from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Nobu Yamauchi golf tourney
The deadline is Sunday to enter the 14th annual Nobu Yamauchi Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday at the Hapuna Golf Course. Entry fee is $150 .
Funds raised will be used for the Nobu Yamauchi RBI Organization and partial scholarships for RBI players who will be attending college.
