After educating a standing-room-only crowd of veterans in Hilo about their hard-earned VA home loan benefits last year, Tony Dias returns for another presentation.

Dias, branch manager for Veterans United Home Loans of Hawaii, will host a free seminar from 10 a.m.-noon April 16 at the University of Hawaii Innovation Center. Veterans can learn how to use their VA home loan benefit to purchase or refinance a home up to $625,500 with no money down and no private mortgage insurance, or have more than one VA Loan at a time.

Dias has been educating veterans in Hawaii, California and Washington for more than eight years and changed the lives of thousands of families and veterans who have served our country and earned their VA home loan benefit.

In the past two years alone, Dias and his team have helped more than 1,000 families achieve their goal and dream of home ownership.

“So many veterans on the Big Island are unaware of the amazing benefits that they have earned through their service in the military,” Dias said.

Space is limited and interested participants are encouraged to register before the seminar. Refreshments and snacks will be served.

The UH Innovation Center is located at 117 Keawe St.
