Police are investigating a reported robbery early this morning in Puna.
A 28-year-old Pahoa man reported that he was robbed around 3:50 a.m. while he was hitchhiking on Highway 130 near Kaloli Drive in Hawaiian Paradise Park. The man told police he was able to flee on foot when the car pulled over near Makuu Drive.
The vehicle is described as a light-colored four-door sedan. It had several occupants.
