Ephraim Bergau was last seen in Hilo on Monday morning. He has medical conditions that require medication.
Bergau is described as 5-foot-7, 200 pounds with brown eyes, a beard and balding salt-and-pepper hair. He was last seen in a black wheelchair wearing a black shirt and gray surf shorts.
