Hale Nani work furlough inmate Devin Saragosa-Taoy is back at the Hawaii Community Correctional Center after police arrested him Tuesday night on Banyan Drive in Hilo, the state Department of Public Safety said Wednesday.

The 24-year-old Saragosa-Taoy was serving time for robbery failed to return after work to the reintegration center on Nov. 23.

Police charged him with escape and contempt of court.
