He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 140 pounds with brown eyes, dark brown hair and a large tattoo on the right side of his face.
Police caution the public not to approach him as he could be armed and dangerous. Instead, anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
