The Hilo Public Library this month launched a new program, “For Kids, By Kids.”
This free program encourages children to share their love of reading, music and art with their peers. The program already hosted holiday story time and a classical violin performance this month. The remaining holiday performances are:
• 4 p.m. Dec. 16, ukelele and holiday song performances by Sachi and Sydney.
• 10:30 a.m. Dec. 19, holiday story time with Cyrus.
All performances are in the Children’s Room at the library. For more information, call 933-8890.
