Goodale to lead Clark Realty

Clark Realty Corp., one of Hawaii’s top 10 residential real estate brokerages, named industry veteran and Clark Realty’s longtime senior vice president Frank Goodale as the company’s new president.

Beth A. Richardson, currently Clark Realty’s director of marketing and luxury programs, will replace Goodale as SVP.

“Clark Realty has enjoyed a 20-year history as the residential real estate market share leader on the Big Island,” said Putman D. Clark, founder and CEO of the company. “Frank Goodale has played a significant role in our past success. Frank and Beth are exceptionally qualified to lead Clark Realty into our third decade of serving the Big Island’s homebuyers and sellers.”

Goodale, recently named Hawaii Association of Realtors 2015 Realtor of the Year, has a long history of service to local and state Realtor trade associations and the real estate community, including serving in 2014 as president of the Hawaii State Chapter of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers.

Richardson, who was principal broker and CEO of Windermere/C & H Properties for eight years, also is active in industry leadership, most recently being reappointed as a director for Hawaii Island Realtors, one of the Big Island’s Realtor boards.

To support the senior management reorganization, Cynthia Saylor, who has served in various capacities on the management team since 2010, will step into the role of marketing director, while Cindy Barnett, currently Clark Realty’s relocation coordinator, was named to a director-level role in the relocation department.
