Brandyn-Lee Lehano

Brandyn-Lee Lehano

Sport: bowling

The performance: Kamehameha’s Lehano has been the most consistent boys bowler all season, but he outdid himself on Saturday, rolling a 269, a BIIF-best this season, at KBXtreme in Kailua-Kona.

Lehano’s effort was a point better than that of Seth Yamaguchi, who posted a 268 en route to winning the league championship last season.

Lehano will try to follow in Yamaguchi’s footsteps Oct. 17 at the BIIF finals.
