Police are looking for 33-year-old Shaye K.M. Nishida, whose last known address was in Waimea.
The attached photo is 10 years old, police said, but it is the most recent they have on file.
Police say Nishida may be armed and advise members of the public against approaching him.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity can call 961-8300.
