Aloha Performing Arts Company will conduct auditions for its upcoming musical production of Richard O’Brien’s “The Rocky Horror Show” beginning promptly at 6 p.m. Aug. 24 and 25 at the Aloha Theatre in Kainaliu.

A possible invitational call-back audition will be at 6 p.m. Aug. 26, if necessary. All performers planning to audition must be at least 18 years old at the time of the audition. The show contains adult situations and themes.

The audition will be conducted in three parts: a vocal audition, a dramatic/comedic reading from the script and group dance routine.

Rehearsals begin Aug. 30. Hours are 2-6 p.m. Sunday afternoons and 6-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Everyone is expected to be available for all rehearsals and performances.

Performances will run from Oct. 9-31. The show will be directed by Miguel Montez and produced by Peter Schonberg. For more information, call 322-9924 or email miguel@apachawaii.org.
