Nate Gross has been selected as the University of Hawaii at Hilo men’s and women’s tennis coach effective Aug. 1.

Nate Gross has been selected as the University of Hawaii at Hilo men’s and women’s tennis coach effective Aug. 1.

A four-year player and 2013 graduate of Idaho State University, Gross started his coaching career as a graduate assistant at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa. He returned a year later to Idaho State to complete his Master’s in Business Administration and serve as the graduate assistant men’s tennis coach.

During his tennis career, Gross founded ProLogTennis.com and TennisMatchCharter.com. The sites assist tennis players in organizing there practice sessions and charting their tennis matches.

Gross has also instructed tennis at the Middlesex Club in Darien, Conn., the Sun Valley Resorts (Id.) and Hawk’s Cay Resort in Duck Key, Fla.
