Police are looking for a missing 59-year-old Pahoa last seen at a North Kohala beach.

Police are looking for a missing 59-year-old Pahoa last seen at a North Kohala beach.

Terry Ward was last seen at 6 p.m. Saturday at Mahukona Beach Park. He has a condition that requires medication.

Ward is described as 5-foot-2, 85 pounds with brown eyes, long black hair and a gray goatee. He walks with a cane and has a tattoo of a totem pole on one of his arms. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown moccasins, no shirt and was carrying a blue backpack containing a red-white-and-blue jacket with the words “Army National Guard” on the back.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
