Kanaloa added to Castle portfolio

Kanaloa added to Castle portfolio

Castle Resorts & Hotels has added Kanaloa at Kona to its growing resort portfolio.

Effective July 1, the full-service hotel and resort management company replaces Outrigger Hotels and Resort as manager of the Big Island resort.

“Kanaloa at Kona is a great addition for Castle Resorts & Hotels,” said President and COO Alan Mattson. “It offers a spectacular oceanfront location overlooking Keauhou Bay, private condominiums and an outstanding selection of amenities that will appeal to families, couples and honeymooners looking for an authentic Hawaiian vacation.”

Situated on 17 private acres of award-winning tropical landscape, the gated residential condominium community offers a home away from home feel with all of the perks of an intimate oceanfront resort. The property offers fully furnished one- and two-bedroom condominiums with full kitchens, separate living and dining areas, washers and dryers, spacious lanais and high-speed wireless Internet.

The beautifully landscaped grounds include three swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, whirlpool spa, five barbecue grills and recreation areas. Nearby, the Keauhou Shopping Village offers more than 40 shops and restaurants.

Kanaloa at Kona by Castle Resorts & Hotels is the company’s sixth property on the Big Island and 22nd property overall.
