Second-grade teacher Cynthia Inouye’s students won’t be in class Saturday, but they’ll need pens for their book-signing from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Hawaii Plantation Museum.

The book, “A Day at the Hawaii Plantation Museum,” was created by Inouye’s second-grade students at Kalaniana‘ole Elementary and Intermediate School. The class will be at the museum to sign the book.

The book, normally sold for $14 at the museum and on Amazon.com, will be offered at a special price during the signing.
