William Frederick Combs, also known as Richard Wayne Kowski and Tony Eugene Combs, was last seen in January in Kailua-Kona.
He’s described as Caucasian, 6 feet tall, 175 pounds with green eyes, gray hair and tattoos on both arms.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
