Tune in to the CW network as “Rock the Park” travels to the Aloha State to feature two of Hawaii’s beloved attractions, Haleakala National Park and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

In the 30-minute show, hosts Jack Steward and Colton Smith take viewers on an adventure to the country’s most popular national parks, coming face to face with nature and some of the most awe-inspiring places on Earth.

The premiere of the Hawaii episodes will coincide with National Park Week, America’s largest celebration of national heritage, April 18-26. In Hawaii, the CW airs on Oceanic Digital 93, and the episodes air at 11:30 a.m. in most markets, including Hawaii.

In the “Haleakala: In the House of the Sun” episode airing Saturday, Steward and Smith explore Maui’s Haleakala National Park and the nearby town of Hana from land, sea and sky. Watch them fly high on a zip line over the mountain slopes, bike down the summit, hike through a bamboo forest on the Pipiwai Trail, paddleboard in Hana Bay, and discover a native Hawaiian bird sanctuary at Waikamoi Preserve.

In the episode “Hawaii Volcanoes: Trekking Mauna Loa,” on April 25, Steward and Smith visit Kilauea, one of the world’s most active volcanoes, and take on Mauna Loa at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Find out how they weather the elements of nature that come with hiking the world’s most massive mountain.

The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau assisted with this production as part of its public relations initiatives.
