Bradley J. Clark, former California assistant secretary of state for elections, will speak during the League of Women Voters of Hawaii County’s annual meeting April 18 at Banjy’s Paradise Bar &Grill in Waikoloa Village.

Bradley J. Clark, former California assistant secretary of state for elections, will speak during the League of Women Voters of Hawaii County’s annual meeting April 18 at Banjy’s Paradise Bar &Grill in Waikoloa Village.

The annual meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. with registration. League members are invited to attend the business meeting, which includes the election of incoming directors and officers, adoption of the budget and program for fiscal year 2015-16, and recognition of outgoing officers and directors.

Clark’s talk starts at 11 a.m. He has extensive state, county and international experience in elections. Since his retirement and move to Hawaii in 2006, he has worked in state elections as an official observer, precinct officer trainer and the Big Island lead for Hart InterCivic.
