Kianie Sampaga, Miss Teen Lehua Hawaii, and Angelina Ramirez, Young Miss Lehua Hawaii, will travel to Honolulu in early January to compete in the Miss Hawaii High School and Miss Hawaii Jr. High School state pageant.

The state pageant is slated for Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Waikiki Beachcomber hotel. The winners will win a trip to compete at the national pageant in July in Orlando, Fla.

Kianie and Angelina were crowned in June at the Hilo Civic Auditorium during the third annual Lehua pageant. They have been busy with appearances and training for the state pageant.
