(AP) — County officials are set to host inaugural ceremonies for incoming members of Hawaii County Council.

(AP) — County officials are set to host inaugural ceremonies for incoming members of Hawaii County Council.

The ceremonies are scheduled for noon Monday at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo.

The Honorable Judge Ronald Ibarra will administer the oath of office to new council members. Mayor Billy Kenoi will be the keynote speaker and Sherry Bracken of Hawaii Public Radio will be the master of ceremonies.

The public is invited to attend.
