Matthew Alani of Hookena also is wanted for questioning in an abuse case.
He’s described as 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and possibly a goatee. He has numerous tattoos, including one with the word “Hoʻokena” across his chest.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
