The Hawaii State Bar Association, Hawaii County Bar Association, West Hawaii Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii are teaming up to conduct free legal clinics today.

The clinics will be hosted at Keaau High School and the Mountain View Gym.

The attorneys will offer legal help with issues such as tree damage, insurance claims and renter’s rights.

Puna was hit hard when Tropical Storm Iselle made landfall over the area last month. Now, district residents are bracing for the encroaching June 27 lava flow from Kilauea volcano.
