Duyser was serving 60 days for third-degree theft.
How he escaped is under investigation.
Duyser, 46, weighs approximately 140 pounds. He is 5’7”, with brown hair and blue eyes. DPS is urging anyone sees him or knows where he may be to contact police.
He was supposed to be released Oct. 20. Once located, he will face an additional escape charge.
