Fernando K. Lopez was last seen Friday at his Hawaiian Paradise Park home. He’s described as Hispanic, 5-feet tall, 175 pounds with short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, shoes without socks and no shirt. He has a tattoo across his upper back that reads “Lopez.”
