Title Guaranty (TG) recently announced the promotion of Jason Aldridge from vice president to chief information officer of Title Guaranty of Hawaii Inc.

Aldridge, a graduate of Murray State University in computer science and a 15-year industry veteran, recently served as CEO of Mystech LLC prior to joining the Hawaii-based real estate services company. Aldridge brings a proven record of network, database and business technology solutions to TG, and was instrumental in the development of the PONO title system, TG’s latest product contribution to title research services in Hawaii.

Along with traditional title and escrow services, TG offers a myriad of solution-based technology and service options, including DocUtrieve, an on-demand, image-based document retrieval service, and TG Express, which offers clients the ability to monitor their transactions, order and download documents. TG also was the first title and escrow company in the nation to implement a Good Faith Estimate call center.

TG, locally owned and operated by a kamaaina family, has served sellers and buyers in Hawaii’s real estate market for more than a century.

With offices in 18 communities statewide, TG provides residential and commercial real estate closings, historical research services, educational classes and market data.
