Carol Ann Kato, 70, of Waianae, Oahu, died June 29 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Kailua-Kona, she was a public school teacher for 33 years, retired from Waianae Intermediate School and member of Kona Club of Honolulu and Halau Mapuna Leo.
